82-year-old Tsering Wangyal, last seen in Skokie, Illinois, is missing since July 15. She was last spotted at the 9500-block of Bronx Place. Police have shared a new surveillance photo of the elderly woman, who may have attended an event at the Tibetan Alliance of Chicago Community Center, but never arrived. Wangyal left home without her cane, phone, or ID, and her family and police are searching for her.
