78-year-old Allen Yingling, with dementia, went missing in Wisconsin on Tuesday. A statewide Silver Alert was issued after he left his home in Outagamie County at 6 a.m. to run errands and was last seen near Ripon at 6:20 p.m. Yingling, who is hard of hearing, drives a dark green 2014 Ford F-150 pickup truck with Wisconsin plates (882387). Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the Outagamie County Sheriff's Office.
