40-year-old Daniel Choi, who needs medication, went missing in Austin's Rainey Street area on June 29. He was last seen at 1:04 p.m. in the 600 block of Davis Street. Choi's friends found his phone on the ground at Cesar Chavez and South 1st Street around 5:45 p.m., less than a mile away. The Austin Police Department is seeking the public's help in finding Choi, who was last seen wearing blue swim shorts with a bird print and a blue T-shirt.
