A bicyclist was killed in a hit-and-run on South Carolina Highway 64, three miles west of Williams, Colleton County. The incident occurred at 3:03 p.m. on Wednesday when the bicyclist was hit from behind by an unknown vehicle that fled the scene. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. The identity of the victim has not been released by the Colleton County Coroner's Office.
