Suffolk County, NY couple Wilkens Adonis and Daryllee Leibrock faced upgraded charges of manslaughter after their 14-month-old son, Joseph Adonis, died from ingesting heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine. Prosecutors claim New York's bail reform laws contributed to the dangerous situation as Adonis and Leibrock were previously arrested for drug possession but released without bail. The couple's 11-year-old child was also in the house.
