19-year-old parents Sulamain Hawkins Sr. and Anastasia Weaver are charged with second-degree manslaughter in the death of their 3-month-old son, Sulamain Hawkins Jr., who was fatally mauled by two dogs while left alone in an unfinished attic in Rochester. The parents went downstairs to smoke marijuana. The dogs involved in the attack have been euthanized.
