35-year-old Richard Goodin arrested for kidnapping, stolen vehicle possession, and drugs in Oregon.
35-year-old Richard Goodin from Wolf Creek, Oregon, has been arrested and lodged in Douglas County Jail on charges of second-degree kidnapping, possession of a stolen vehicle, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Goodin kidnapped a woman and stole her 2006 Chevy Silverado pickup truck, which was reported stolen earlier. The victim was able to send her location to her son, allowing police to find her and locate Goodin.
