35-year-old Tedrick Hall was arrested by the Shelby County Sheriff's Office for allegedly kidnapping his ex-girlfriend in Arlington. The victim was followed to her car, where Hall entered with a handgun and forced her to drive to another restaurant. She escaped by calling a family member in the bathroom, and Hall was apprehended by Memphis police and charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault, and illegal possession of a weapon.
