Oregon suspect arrested for kidnapping woman, caught on doorbell camera; victim found safe.
A suspect in Oregon was arrested after he was caught on a doorbell camera kidnapping a woman outside of Portland. The Hillsboro Police Department released images of the struggle, which showed the woman being grabbed and taken into a white pickup truck. The victim was found safe and the suspect, who was known to the victim, was charged with kidnapping. The police thanked the community for their help in providing information.
