Police in Benue State dislodged a kidnapping gang in Katsina-Ala LGA, killing 2 bandits and arresting 1.

Police in Benue State, Nigeria, have dislodged a kidnapping gang in Katsina-Ala Local Government Area (LGA). Men of Operation Zenda, a special Joint Task Force (JTF), led by Commander SP Felix Nomiyugh, engaged the bandits in a gun battle at their hideout in De-Mtsa, Michihe Council Ward, where two bandits were killed and one arrested. The gang had reportedly been terrorizing areas around Abaji, Tor Donga, and other adjoining villages in Katsina Ala LGA.
