33-year-old Foley man, Wesley Nathanael Nance, is charged with manslaughter after stabbing his 29-year-old brother, James Ryan Vaughn, during an altercation at their residence on Park Avenue, Foley. EMS attempted lifesaving measures at the scene before transporting Vaughn to the hospital, where he later died. Nance fled the scene but was later apprehended nearby and taken into custody.
