47-year-old Michael McKinney charged with manslaughter in connection to Ronald Howell's death in Dartmouth, N.S.
47-year-old Michael Anders McKinney has been charged with manslaughter in connection to the death of 56-year-old Ronald Edward Howell, found dead in an apartment on Pinecrest Drive, Dartmouth, N.S., in March. McKinney, known to the victim, was arrested without charge initially but was later charged after the NS Medical Examiner Service ruled the death a homicide. The suspect is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court.
