New Hampshire man Jesse James Sullivan charged with 2nd-degree murder, falsifying evidence in half-brother Zackary Sullivan's death by gunshot.
A 31-year-old man from Concord, New Hampshire has been charged with the murder of his 19-year-old half-brother. Jesse James Sullivan is facing alternate counts of second-degree murder for knowingly and recklessly causing the death of Zackary Sullivan by shooting him. He is also accused of falsifying physical evidence for discarding the handgun that was used in the incident. Zackary was found with a gunshot wound to the neck and died at the Concord Hospital. Jesse is charged under the New Hampshire Attorney General.
