Chattanooga's Bend and Lookouts ballpark redevelopment projects move closer to construction, with city panel approving agreements for The Bend site and a $100 million stadium for the Chattanooga Lookouts. The Bend, a mixed-use development, is set for groundbreaking near Riverfront Parkway, while the stadium, part of the Foundries District development, will have additional hospitality spaces, hotels, and small music venues. The city and county are jointly backing $80 million in bonds, with additional funding from the Chattanooga Lookouts and Perimeter Development.
