Chattanooga's Hawk Hill, currently home to the Chattanooga Lookouts baseball team, is set to become a mixed-use neighborhood after the team moves to their new stadium in 2026. River City Company has unveiled conceptual plans for the 13-acre site, which include housing, retail, and green spaces. The transformation of the site is expected to attract hundreds of millions of dollars in investment and return the site to the tax rolls.
