30-year-old Nycole Tasheena Tate was killed in a hit-and-run incident in Foley, Alabama on March 21, when she was struck by a vehicle along County Road 65. The driver, 42-year-old Kaleb Ryan Owens, initially claimed to have hit a deer but was later arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident with death. If convicted, Owens faces up to 10 years in jail and a fine of up to $15,000.
