Quebec anti-corruption police arrest a retired municipal court judge, Jean Herbert, for fraud. They allege that he created fake records to inflate the time he claimed to have spent hearing cases, leading to overbilling the City of Longueuil by more than $38,000 between July 2016 and March 2019. The retired judge is scheduled to appear in court on March 26.
