26-year-old Pacifique Uwimana's body found; Lazaro, Medina-Pagan charged with murder, armed robbery.
26-year-old Pacifique Uwimana's body was found near Grand Rapids' Roosevelt Park in December 2023, and months later, Eliutd Lazaro, 36, and a 47-year-old man (Omi Medina-Pagan) have been charged with his felony murder and armed robbery. Medina-Pagan faces additional charges for lying during a violent crime investigation. Both suspects are being held at the Kent County Correctional Facility.
