Jose Antonio Ibarra, a 26-year-old not a U.S. citizen, has been arrested and charged with multiple offenses, including malice murder and felony murder, in connection with the death of 22-year-old Laken Riley at the University of Georgia (UGA). Police believe there is no continuing threat to the campus. Ibarra's brother, Diego Ibarra, was also arrested for possessing a fake green card.
