42-year-old Michael D. Fussell from Virginia was killed in a crash on Interstate 70 in Saline County, Kansas when his eastbound Toyota Camry crossed the median and collided with a westbound Volvo semi-trailer. The semi-truck driver, Brandon D. Allen, and a passenger, Victor A. Concepcion, both sustained suspected minor injuries. Interstate 70 westbound was closed for several hours before reopening at 7:30 a.m. Monday.
