Mexican national Isauro Garcia Cruz was arrested in Bedford County, VA, on charges of abducting a 15-year-old girl. Undocumented, Cruz faces warrants for aggravated sexual battery of a minor. The arrest resulted from a joint investigation by the Bedford County Sheriff's Office, FBI, and Lynchburg Police Dept., working with Butler County Sheriff's Office in Ohio. Cruz is held on a fugitive from justice warrant and a separate charge in Bedford County.
