Man arrested in Covington for abducting Louisiana girl; Diego Castro charged with abduction, indecent liberties with a minor, and assault and battery. Alleghany County Sheriff's Office and Virginia State Police found the victim at a truck stop, where she had called for help. An ICE detainer was placed on Castro.
