Japanese macaque Honshu, who escaped from Highland Wildlife Park, is moved to Edinburgh Zoo due to not rejoining original troop.

Honshu, a Japanese macaque who escaped from Highland Wildlife Park, has been moved to Edinburgh Zoo after not settling back into park life. The seven-year-old monkey went on a five-day run and was captured after a local resident spotted him in their garden. Due to complex group dynamics, Honshu was not reintroduced to his original troop and will start a new life at Edinburgh Zoo with three other male monkeys.
