A four-year-old boy with cerebral palsy died after his head became lodged in a new medical bed on the first night he slept in it, an inquest has heard. Ethan Wade, who was non-verbal and had mobility issues, was discovered by his father face down, unresponsive and floppy the following morning at their home in Chatham, Kent. The specialist Olaf bed was installed at the home due to Ethan's condition.
