4-year-old boy with cerebral palsy, Noah Bracken, receives €2.45m interim payout in High Court settlement over his birth care. His mother, Lisa Ward, visited Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe, Co Galway during her pregnancy, and there is a dispute over the care provided. The settlement does not admit liability, and Noah's parents had spent all their savings on therapies for their son.
