4-year-old boy, Harley Allen, suffers brain damage after falling from a rope bridge in a play park managed by Persimmon Homes. His mother, Olivia Saxton, took him and his sister to the park on March 14. While she helped his sister onto a swing, Harley ran to play on the rope bridge and later fell, causing a severe head injury. Olivia performed CPR on her son before paramedics arrived.
