Men can cut prostate cancer risk by third with small step up.

A study has suggested that men can potentially decrease their risk of developing prostate cancer by 35% with slight improvements in fitness levels. The study, which analyzed over 57,000 men, revealed that those who increased their cardiorespiratory fitness levels by 3% each year were 35% less likely to develop the cancer as compared to those who didn't. By doing more intense activities such as jogging, cycling, or swimming at least three times a week, men can actively work on lowering their risk to prostate cancer.
