A 17-year-old, under the influence and speeding, crashes, killing Carson Wilson and injuring three others.

A 17-year-old was arrested and faces multiple charges, including second-degree manslaughter, for a fatal car crash that killed 14-year-old Carson Wilson in Mystic, Connecticut, last October. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and speeding at the time of the crash, which also critically injured three other teens.
