A 17-year-old has been arrested following a wrong-way crash on the Henry Hudson Parkway in New York that killed groom-to-be Kirk Walker, 38, and his cousin Rob McLaurin, 40, just a day before Walker's wedding. The teen faces charges of vehicular manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, and leaving the scene of a fatal accident. The incident occurred on August 24, and the driver fled the scene after the collision.
