Germany allocates €60 million to aid Syria's education and women's rights post-Assad.

Germany plans to invest €60 million ($62.7 million) in Syria to support education, women's rights, and other projects following the fall of President Bashar al-Assad. Half of the funds will go to education, with €25 million for UNICEF and €6 million for Arche Nova, which operates schools for 3,000 children. The remaining funds will support the UNDP, Syrian NGOs, and a UN fund for women's groups, all to be implemented by non-governmental organizations and UN agencies.
