Boy rescued off Brazil beach after inflatable bubble's rope snapped, leading to safety warnings.

An 8-year-old boy was found drifting in the sea off Lazaro Beach in Ubatuba, Brazil, after the rope tethering his large inflatable bubble snapped. Local sailor Rafael Graça do Prado noticed the boy and rescued him by towing the bubble to shore. The incident has prompted safety warnings about the risks of using such inflatables in open water, as they can easily be carried away by the wind.
