NYPD uses DNA and facial reconstruction to identify burned victim of subway attack; attacker arrested.

DNA extraction is challenging due to the burns, but bones and some soft tissues may still yield usable DNA. Experts are also exploring genetic genealogy to trace her family history. The attacker, 34-year-old Sebastian Zapeta-Calil, has been arrested.
