In Sedgwick County, Kansas, a three-vehicle crash at 167th Street West and Central left three people injured. A driver of a Ford Explorer, reportedly distracted by her phone, failed to stop at a stop sign, hitting a Chevrolet Malibu and a Nissan Sentra. The 66-year-old Malibu driver and her 15-year-old passenger were critically injured, while the Explorer's driver, a 30-year-old woman, was seriously hurt. The Nissan driver declined treatment. The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office is investigating, with potential charges pending.
