India's Kuno National Park celebrates birth of cheetah cubs, boosting species reintroduction efforts.

Kuno National Park in India has celebrated the birth of cubs to a relocated cheetah named Nirva, marking a significant step in the Cheetah Reintroduction Project. The park, which now houses 24 cheetahs including 12 cubs born within, aims to revitalize the species in its natural habitat. Despite challenges, with only eight out of 20 originally introduced cheetahs surviving, the birth of Nirva's cubs raises hopes for a sustainable cheetah population in India.
