Rondale Holloman, a 37-year-old inmate at Burlington County Jail, has been charged with first-degree murder for allegedly strangling his 74-year-old cellmate, Kenneth Bulle, on November 14. Holloman, who was already in jail on second-degree aggravated assault charges, is accused of killing Bulle, who was incarcerated for attempted murder and weapons offenses. The case will be presented to a grand jury.
