62-year-old Timothy Bennett, of Wyoming County, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder after allegedly shooting his 72-year-old girlfriend, Brenda Tilley, in their Maben home. Bennett called 911 to report the incident and remained on the line until law enforcement arrived. He was detained without incident and is currently awaiting trial. The investigation into the case remains ongoing.
