Shreveport rehabiliates Linwood Elevated Tank to improve water service and city skyline, with local artwork.

The City of Shreveport is rehabilitating the Linwood Elevated Tank near Interstate 49 to improve water service for southeastern residents and enhance the city skyline. The project includes interior and exterior upgrades, modernized equipment, and artwork by local artist Terri Rhodes White. The tank will be out of service for three to four months, with the work funded by a grant from the Water Sector Commission.
