Former resident Cassie Mae Cullen pleads guilty to identity theft involving over 200 victims in Minnesota.

Cassie Mae Cullen, a 52-year-old former Twin Cities resident, has agreed to a plea deal in her identity theft case in Rochester, Minnesota. Arrested in 2020, Cullen was found with fraudulent checks, financial transaction cards, and personal information of about 200 individuals and businesses. She admitted to using "dumpster diving" for her crimes. The plea deal dismisses a stolen property charge and recommends a reduced sentence. The agreement will be finalized in January.
