The corruption trial of former Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, accused of receiving bribes related to the Penang Undersea Tunnel project, has been postponed until February 27th due to the key prosecution witness falling ill with a fever. The witness, Zarul Ahmad Zulkifli, was a director of the company that secured the project. The trial will resume on multiple dates in 2025.
