West Oxfordshire District Council holds £13.2 million in unspent developer funds for local projects.

West Oxfordshire District Council (WODC) is currently holding £13.2 million in unspent funds from developers intended for infrastructure projects like schools and roads. Chief Executive Giles Hughes noted that £8.9 million is "unallocated," with plans to develop a spending strategy to utilize these funds effectively. Critics have raised concerns about the delay in using this public money for local improvements, as the total unspent Section 106 money decreased to £267 million.
