In Shreveport, Louisiana, 42-year-old Joshua Anzalone has been charged with attempted second-degree murder after allegedly slashing a woman's throat during an altercation at the Royal Inn. Police responded to a welfare call and found the victim critically injured. Witnesses reported that Anzalone also attempted to strangle her. The victim is currently hospitalized in critical condition at Ochsner LSU Health.
