Richard Sniezak, a 20-year-old from Germantown, has been arrested and indicted on two federal counts of arson. The charges stem from fires set on April 5 and April 13 at locations on Wolf River Circle and Cordova Cove. Following an extensive investigation, a federal warrant was issued, leading to his arrest during a traffic stop on September 14. He is now in federal custody awaiting further legal proceedings.
