3 Council Bluffs residents sentenced to federal prison for meth distribution conspiracy.

Three Council Bluffs residents, George Rolle Jr., Joseph Winger, and Linda Winger, were sentenced to federal prison for a methamphetamine distribution conspiracy. Rolle received 210 months, Joseph 140 months, and Linda 78 months. Their arrests followed the interception of a meth-filled package addressed to their home, which led to the discovery of additional drugs, paraphernalia, and cash. They will serve five years of supervised release after their prison terms.
