Wolf Lodge Steakhouse, a historic restaurant in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, was completely destroyed by a fire that started in the kitchen on Monday. The establishment, which began as a convenience store in 1939 and became a beloved steakhouse, was closed at the time but had staff present for a picnic. Assistant manager Shawn Martel sustained second-degree burns while trying to extinguish the flames. Fire crews contained a small wildland fire nearby.
