200 Martian meteorites linked to impact craters on Mars' Tharsis and Elysium regions; study by University of Alberta.

200 Martian meteorites found on Earth have been traced back to five impact craters on Mars' volcanic regions, Tharsis and Elysium. University of Alberta scientists used high-resolution simulations and improved physics modeling to identify origin, which could revise Martian chronology and provide insights into the planet's geological history and volcanic stratigraphy.
