39-year-old ex-corrections officer Brian Mills pleaded guilty to providing a rifle, ammunition, and body armor vests to convicted felon Dustin Manor, who was prohibited from possessing guns. Mills, who worked at Clinton Correctional Facility, now faces up to 15 years in prison and a fine of $250,000. Manor has already been sentenced to 57 months in prison for felony weapons possession.
