37-year-old Dariusz Tonderys charged with threatening with replica gun in Surrey road rage incident.
37-year-old Dariusz Tonderys from Aldergrove was charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm after a road rage incident involving a firearm in Surrey on August 15th. The altercation took place on Fraser Highway, where Tonderys allegedly threatened a victim with a replica gun. He was arrested the following day, and the replica gun was later seized from his home. Tonderys was released with conditions prohibiting him from possessing any weapons and is facing additional charges.
