70-year-old Lebanon County constable, James Drahovsky, has been charged with recklessly endangering another person after leaving a loaded .40-caliber Glock handgun, containing six bullets, in a public restroom at a magisterial court office for hours. Drahovsky drove a marked constable vehicle to and from the facility, and surveillance footage confirmed his entry and exit. The loaded gun was discovered by a member of the public and reported to the staff.
