He targeted a woman exiting a ride-share vehicle, claiming she was a Vancouver Police officer, and later assaulted and threatened a man at a nearby bus stop. Muskett faces charges including two counts of assault with a weapon, two counts of using an imitation firearm, and one count of assault.
