40-year-old Jahmar Shaw was fatally hit by a minivan while retrieving an item from the road on I-244 in NE Tulsa early Tuesday morning. Shaw exited his vehicle at midnight and was struck by an eastbound minivan, whose driver was questioned and released. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is still investigating the incident, which temporarily closed the road for an hour. No other injuries were reported.
